It is important to understand all terminologies used in Project Management Area. When we are progressing further, it will be really important that at-least you have hard these terms, so that you are not blank when we are progressing in our Project Management series further. Therefore, we have started a series to explain about the Terms used in Project management. We will be going through all terms used in different knowledge areas (Integration, Cost, Scope, Quality, Human Resource, Time, Communication, Stakeholder, Risk, Procurement) and process groups (Initiation, Planning, monitoring and Control and Closing) of project management for aspiring PMPs.
