#4 Terms and Definitions Used in Project Management

Understanding Terms and Definitions in Project Management are are very important for Project related Teams. Some of the Terms are very confusing. Thus, understanding of these terms Like, Critical Path, CPM, Cost Benefit analysis, Customer, Client, Configuration Management, Consensus, communication plan etc are some of the examples. We have started and this is our 3rd video in series and we will be going through all terms used in different knowledge areas (Integration, Cost, Scope, Quality, Human Resource, Time, Communication, Stakeholder, Risk, Procurement) and process groups (Initiation, Planning, monitoring and Control and Closing) of project management for aspiring PMPs.
